The Executive Search Company of Grupo MC Asociados began with 4 professionals and it nowadays has 29 consultants, all qualified in Psychology or Sociology, and who mostly have an MBA or other Post-graduate studies read at the most prestigious Business Schools. They also have a high level of languages and undergo a constant training process, in both techniques and in methodologies and cutting-edge trends in HR.
